Around 11,000 employees make up the fenaco cooperative, of which 500 are trainees or apprentices. Making contacts within the company, and thinking and acting as a systematic network are not only promoted, they are also requirements.

The fenaco cooperative has its roots in Swiss agriculture. In the meantime, its fields of activity have expanded far beyond conventional agriculture: energy specialists, retail professionals and food experts, for example, also come together under the fenaco umbrella.
