The fenaco cooperative's Executive Board comprises the heads of the divisions and members of the extended Executive Board. The Executive Board is headed by the CEO, who has overall operational responsibility for the Group. It implements the strategies decided upon by the Board of Directors and informs the Board of Directors about important projects and how the business is developing.

The members convene, on average, twice a month for an Executive Board meeting. Moreover, it is customary for Executive Board members to also sit on the boards of directors of larger fenaco subsidiaries or to assume operational management for them as delegated by the Board of Directors. Executive Board members also take part in events on various communication platforms within the fenaco-LANDI Group, including the annual regional assemblies, the LANDI Dialogue meetings and the two-day Board of Directors’ seminars.

LANDI Division

The LANDI Division manages fenaco’s own LANDIs in four regions and promotes structural development as well as dialogue between the member LANDIs and fenaco. Furthermore, the Infrastructure Department is affiliated with this Division.

Agricultural Division

The Agricultural Division offers the means of production to farmers that they require to produce healthy and safe Swiss foodstuffs. It includes the Departements Livestock/Feed/Grain, Crop production and Agricultural equipment/Smart Farming.
