Our Code of Conduct sets out the key business principles that guide our cooperation with employees, business partners, authorities, the public and other stakeholders.

fenaco wholeheartedly embraces its three core values of being reliable, committed and firmly rooted, along with responsible and transparent governance underpinned by integrity. We live our values in the workplace. We live them in our business relationships. And we live our values in our interactions with society and responsible approach to our environment.

The Code of Conduct provides binding guidelines for good everyday practice to ensure integrity, social responsibility and sustainability in all our dealings. Compliance with the fenaco Code of Conduct forms the basis for relationships based on trust and respect.

fenaco promotes a culture that encourages everyone to openly address violations. We take potential violations of the Code of Conduct and other regulations seriously. All reports of suspected violations are thoroughly investigated and suitable measures taken where necessary. We are assisted in this by line managers, HR officers and the Central Compliance Unit. For breaches of personal integrity, an independent specialist unit is involved. Compliance violations can also be flagged up anonymously via a secure reporting portal.
